I don’t know them for long time, only trade 7 months, but so far it has been ok. They are certanly not all white and fluffy, not perfect, sometimes detain withdrawal asks for more than a week, which is annoying if you have to pay for yout apartment or for medications. However, its certainly not a scam, and I never could blame them for anything — apart from this slowness
